Payment
The cost of therapy is £55 per counselling session, £75 per hypnotherapy session. I take payment 48 hours in advance of each session please, in cash or by bank transfer only.
Cancellation
There is no obligation to continue with therapy following your initial meeting with me. Therapy sessions cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of the missed session. If you have already paid for a session but cancel within the window, your payment will be used for your next session.
Data Protection
Any digital documents that refer to you are password-protected. All hand-written records are kept in locked storage to which only I have access. Most of our email contact will use the secure server, Protonmail and is therefore encrypted. For ease of use and compatibility, occasional email communications will not be via Protonmail. In this instance, it is not a fully secure means of communication.
I require your name and contact details (email address and telephone numbers), your Next of Kin’s contact details and those of your GP. I require these for the purpose of contacting you to arrange or amend our appointments, to obtain your GP’s consent to offer you hypnotherapy (this is occasionally necessary) and to ensure I have someone to contact in the unlikely event of an emergency.
All your personal information and any documentation relating to you are completely confidential and will be held in accordance with the GDPR. My practice is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office – Reference ZA599961.
